Q: When will my order ship:

A: We process orders Monday - Friday. Once your order has been shipped typically orders within the United States take 2-5 business days and 7-21 business days for international orders. All orders will be shipped by USPS and will be providing tracking information. 

Please note we are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items/packages. 

Please purchase Route Shipping Insurance to be fully compensated for your purchase in case of an event. Orders without Route will have to file a claim directly with the mail carrier.

Q: How do you determine pricing?

A: Items are priced accordingly to match their market value. This may be higher and in some instances lower than the original price. All prices are subjected to change at any time to match the market. We aim to offer competitive pricing when the market allows. 

Q: Where do you source your products?

A: All items offered on our store have all been purchased either directly from distributors or manufacturers. All items have been verified to ensure only original and authentic products are offered on our platform. Verified items include but are not limited to official seals, stickers, labeling, & packaging, etc.
